Violets are a common flower. They grow in the wild almost everywhere, but when picked and curated, can be turned into an amazingly elegant ingredient for teas, candies, drinks and desserts.
It’s this versatility that we hope to embody: To take something common, like gluten free desserts, and elevate them, creating something new. For us, food-centered experiences are very important.
