Meet Violeta's gluten free brownie bites.
They're made with almond flour, cocoa and espresso powder and they are dairy free as well as being gluten free! These brownies aren't your traditional gluten free brownies that fall apart or are super mushy. They taste like the best part - the chewy edges!
Try them as the base of an ice cream sundae with candied pecans and salted caramel sauce. Or warmed up alone they're great too.
As always, they are 100% gluten free and made in a dedicated gluten free kitchen.
- Oven: Wrap brownies in foil and place in preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 5 minutes.
- Microwave: Heat for approximately 10 seconds. For multiple brownies, adjust timing by adding a few seconds per cookie.
