Enter Violeta's Sticky Toffee Pudding. Sticky Toffee pudding is a warm cake with a bubbly toffee sauce poured on top. Our version uses oat flour, dark brown sugar and cream. It heats up beautifully in the oven.
Serve warm with sauce or try some fresh whipped cream and crushed toffee pieces. Or ice cream. Or candied pecans. It's all good.
As always, it's 100% gluten free and made in a dedicated gluten free kitchen.
Bring cake and sauce to room temperature.
- Oven: Invert cake from wrapper into ovensafe dish and pour sauce over top. Warm in 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes or until sauce is warm and bubbly.
- Microwave: Invert cake from wrapper into microwave safe dish and pour sauce over top. Heat on high for about 25 seconds or until sauce is warm and bubbly.
